Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Bulk Email Validator Free is a free email list-hygiene tool available at bulkemailvalidatorfree.com. This policy explains what data we process and how.
2. What information we collect
- Email addresses you submit by pasting, typing, or uploading a file.
- Technical data such as your IP address and request timestamps, used for fair-use limits and abuse prevention.
- Local browser data (your results), stored in your own browser so your session is preserved.
We do not require an account, name, password, or payment details to use the free tool.
3. How the bulk email validator works
When you upload a file, it is read inside your browser. Only the extracted email addresses are sent to our validation service for processing. The tool runs checks such as syntax, domain, MX/DNS, disposable-domain, role-based, typo, and bounce-risk signals. It does not send any email to the addresses you submit.
4. How uploaded files and email addresses are processed
Your file itself is not uploaded to our servers; it is parsed in your browser. The extracted addresses are sent to our validation service (a Cloudflare Worker) and to public DNS resolvers to look up mail-server records. They are processed only to return your results.
5. Whether email lists are stored
We do not store your uploaded lists in a permanent database, and we do not use them for marketing or sell them. Addresses are processed transiently to generate results.
6. How long data is retained
Validation data is processed only for the time needed to return results, except for temporary security data needed to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable. Temporary abuse-prevention records (such as a per-IP request count) are kept for up to 24 hours and then expire.
7. Logs, IP addresses, and abuse-prevention data
To enforce fair-use limits and protect the service, we process your IP address and request counts. This may be held briefly in an edge cache and is used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention, not for tracking or marketing.
8. Cookies and analytics
The tool uses your browser's local storage to remember your session, not tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details. If we enable analytics in future, we will update that policy.
9. Third-party services
We rely on service providers to operate the tool, including Hostinger for website hosting and Cloudflare for our validation service and DNS lookups. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service. If we add analytics, advertising, or affiliate tools later, we will disclose them here.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data during processing, and we collect only what we need. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights and deletion requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact support.bulkemail@gmail.com. Because we do not keep user accounts, we may need extra detail to locate any data linked to your request. See the Data Deletion Policy.
12. Children's privacy
The tool is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly process children's data.
13. International users
Our providers may process data in locations outside your country. By using the tool, you understand your data may be processed in those locations under appropriate safeguards.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

↑ Back to topData Deletion Policy
This policy explains what data the tool processes, how long it is kept, and how you can request removal. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What data may be processed
Email addresses you submit, the validation results generated from them, and limited technical data (IP address, request counts) used for abuse prevention.
2. File handling
Uploaded files are read inside your browser. The file itself is not sent to or stored on our servers.
3. Email address handling
Only the extracted addresses are sent to our validation service. They are processed to return results and are not retained in a permanent database.
4. Result handling
Results are returned to your browser. We do not keep a server-side copy of your results for marketing or resale.
5. Browser and local storage
Some results may be saved locally in your browser so you can continue your session. You can clear them by clicking "Start New Task", clearing your browser storage, or clearing site data and refreshing.
6. Server and API logs
Temporary abuse-prevention data, such as a per-IP request count, may be held briefly (up to 24 hours) and then expires automatically.
7. Deletion timing
Validation data is processed only for the time needed to return results. Temporary security data expires on the schedule above.
8. How to request deletion
Email support.bulkemail@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will action verified requests within 48 hours, subject to any legal obligation to retain certain records.
9. What cannot be deleted
Anonymised or aggregated security and reliability data that contains no personal information may be retained, as it cannot be linked back to you.
10. Contact
Deletion questions can be sent to support.bulkemail@gmail.com.
↑ Back to topTerms of Use
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Bulk Email Validator Free (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
The Service validates email addresses individually or in bulk and lets you export results for list-hygiene purposes. It does not send email to the addresses you submit.
3. Free fair-use limits
The Service is free subject to fair-use limits on file size, number of emails per check, and request rate. We may adjust, throttle, or block usage we reasonably consider excessive or abusive.
4. No guarantee of accuracy
Email validation results are based on available signals such as syntax, domain, MX/DNS, disposable-domain, role-based, typo, and bounce-risk checks. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate, especially for catch-all domains, for addresses that cannot be confirmed, or when the tool runs in fallback pattern mode. You should treat results as guidance, not a guarantee.
5. No guarantee of inbox placement
Validation can reduce invalid-address bounces, but it does not guarantee that an address is deliverable, that a message will reach the inbox, or that a campaign will comply with sender requirements.
6. Your responsibility for email laws and consent
You are responsible for ensuring any list you validate was collected lawfully and that your email sending complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and sender requirements.
7. Prohibited uses
You must use the Service only for lawful list-hygiene purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
8. API and rate-limit restrictions
You may not script, scrape, or automate the Service to exceed fair-use limits, and you may not resell or redistribute access to it.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, text, and branding, is owned by Bulk Email Validator Free. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell it without written permission.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. See the Disclaimer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its results.
12. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
13. Governing law
The Service is offered globally and is not directed at any single country. These Terms are governed by applicable law. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you in your own location.
