Why we built this
Most email validation tools hide their useful features behind a paywall or a signup form, even for a quick list check. We wanted the opposite: a genuinely free tool that does the everyday cleaning work for you without an account, without selling your data, and without surprises.
Bad addresses quietly hurt your sender reputation. Every bounce, spam trap, and dead mailbox makes the next campaign less likely to land in the inbox. Cleaning your list first is the simplest, cheapest way to protect your deliverability, and it should not cost anything for normal use.
How it works
When you upload a file, it is read right inside your browser. Only the extracted email addresses are sent to our validation service, which checks syntax, the domain and its mail records (MX/DNS), disposable and role-based patterns, common typos, and overall bounce risk. We never send email to your contacts, and we do not store or sell your lists.
Where an address sits on a major provider with active mail service, we can confirm it confidently. For custom company domains, we tell you honestly when a mailbox cannot be fully confirmed, rather than guessing, so you always know how much to trust each result.
